Our firm provides ongoing surveying support services for the Corallis Apartments project, a project taken from the early stages – a premium residential development under development at 81-89 Coralilor Street, in the Petrom City area of Bucharest’s 1st Sector, with direct access to the Grivita Lake shore.

The project developed by KÉSZ Romania involves the realization of five low-rise buildings, which will house a variety of apartments (2, 3 and 4 bedrooms), duplexes, garden units and penthouses with generous terraces. The whole development is designed to BREEAM Excellent standard, which implies high demands in terms of energy efficiency, durability and quality of workmanship

We have been involved from the earliest stages of construction, providing highly accurate surveying, mapping, surveying, verification and daily technical support on site. We use modern equipment – robotized total stations and GPS GNSS systems – to ensure permanent control over execution. Through these interventions, we support the faithful implementation of the architectural plans and contribute to the smooth running of the works.
