Our firm has provided specialized topographical assistance and technical consultancy services for facades in the development of the One Lake Club residential complex, located in the 2nd sector of the Capital, near the shores of Lake Tei. Our intervention took place in all the essential phases of the project, from the execution of the foundations to the final alignment of the architectural elements of the facade.

The One Lake Club development consists of seven modern buildings totaling more than 720 residential units, commercial spaces and amenities dedicated to an active urban lifestyle: Extensive green spaces, relaxation areas, gym, playgrounds and modern infrastructure. The project required precision coordination between the implementation teams, architects and specialized engineers

We performed high precision topographic measurements to align the structure floor by floor in accordance with the architectural plans. In addition, we provided façade consulting, with emphasis on the proper integration of decorative and functional systems. In this way, we have directly contributed to impeccable facades that combine contemporary design with material durability and technical demands.
