Topographical assistance for one of the most important sports projects in Romania
Project type: Topographical assistance
Project Partners
The new Dinamo Bucharest Stadium project is one of the largest sports investments in the capital, aiming to build a modern arena on the site of the old stadium in “Stefan cel Mare”, demolished to make way for a new generation multipurpose complex. The new arena will have a capacity of around 25,000 seats and will integrate training halls, dedicated spaces for athletes, recovery areas and full public facilities, to be completed around 2028. The work involves the construction of a large-scale structure with complex foundations, multi-level grandstands and a dense network of technical installations, all in an active urban area with high traffic and significant logistical constraints
The Maptrix team provides on-site survey support on a permanent basis, taking care of surveying, checking elevations and positions, monitoring the execution of structural elements and validating their compliance as the work progresses. We transmit accurate data in real time, correlating information between the field and the design offices to prevent deviations and keep execution within the established technical parameters. Topography thus becomes the centerpiece of quality control on a site of this complexity, where the geometry of the grandstands, the alignment of the structures and the execution dimensions must be respected with the utmost precision
Through technical expertise and continuous communication with all teams involved – designers, contractors and structural specialists – Maptrix contributes to predictable, precise and safe execution. We intervene quickly at critical points, minimize risks and optimize work processes on a sports project of national scale. The new Dinamo Stadium will redefine Bucharest’s sports infrastructure and provide a modern, international-standard venue for athletes and fans, and the accuracy of the topographic data is essential for its uncompromising completion.
